Last updated: September 2026. FocalCut (Big Bay Mall LLC) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.

1. What we collect

Name, email address, social/profile URLs you provide, project briefs, footage links, and payment metadata processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details — Stripe handles all payment data.

2. How we use it

To deliver your editing projects, communicate project status, send transactional emails (welcome, status, delivery), and improve our service. We do not sell your data and do not send marketing without consent.

3. Where it is stored

Project records are stored in secured cloud systems operated by FocalCut (Google Workspace infrastructure). Footage itself remains in your own Drive/Dropbox/Frame.io storage; we only store the links you submit.

4. Service providers

Stripe (payments), Google (storage/email infrastructure), Resend (transactional email). Each processes data under its own privacy obligations.

5. Retention

Project records are retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months afterwards for accounting and dispute resolution.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@focalcut.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies & analytics

The site uses no advertising cookies. We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to measure page performance.
